Where are Gladiuz watches made?
Our watches are conceived in Italy and manufactured using premium international components, including Swiss-made quartz movements and high-grade stainless steel.
Are Gladiuz watches water resistant?
Yes. All Gladiuz watches are water resistant up to 50 metres (5 ATM), making them suitable for everyday use and outdoor activities, but not for deep diving.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes. Each watch comes with a 2-year warranty covering movement defects and manufacturing faults. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
What movement do Gladiuz watches use?
We use high-accuracy Swiss quartz movements from Ronda's Powertech line. These movements are known for precision, long battery life (up to 4 years), and reliability.
Can I return or exchange a watch?
Yes. You may return or exchange your watch within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in unused condition and in its original packaging. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days within Europe and 7–14 days internationally. A tracking number will be provided.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location. All orders are tracked and insured.
What’s included with my Gladiuz watch?
Every Gladiuz watch comes with a soft protective pouch, a NATO strap, a 2-year warranty, and a product information card.
Can I change the strap?
Yes. Gladiuz watches use 20mm NATO straps, which are easily swappable without any special tools. We offer a range of colours to match your style.
How do I care for my Gladiuz watch?
Avoid extreme shocks, chemicals, and magnetic fields. Clean with a soft cloth, and rinse gently with water if exposed to salt or dirt. Replace the battery when the second hand begins to jump in 4-second intervals.
Is the lume really bright?
Yes. We use high-grade luminescent pigment on hands and dial markings to ensure excellent visibility even in low-light conditions.
